For 21 years The National Kidney Foundation's Authors Luncheons in San Francisco and Sacramento have attracted world-renowned authors including Caroline Kennedy, Tom Brokaw, Queen Noor, Michael Chabon, Lauren Bacall, Amy Tan, and Annie Leibovitz. Fans and book lovers from all over Northern California come each year to see their favorite authors, enjoy a gourmet lunch and support the life saving programs of the National Kidney Foundation.
