Medical Jewelry offers your patients and their families peace of mind. An engraved medical ID bracelet or necklace presenting a concise overview of the patient's condition, allergies, and medicines will alert a doctor or medic before starting treatment. This can ensure appropriate and timely medical care, particularly when the patient is unable to speak for him or herself in a medical emergency. Medical bracelets are available through the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) for $8.50 or $11.00, depending on how many sides are engraved.

Patients may order and pay for the bracelets themselves and the link to the application is below.

If your patient is unable to afford the cost of the ID jewelry, you may submit the application on their behalf and NKF will cover the cost.
