Campaign for Oregon

Oregon is home to as many as 470,000 individuals with chronic kidney disease and nearly 2,700 patients already on dialysis and/or awaiting transplant for kidney failure.

The National Kidney Foundation is the oldest and largest organization dedicated to serving these patients, the medical professionals who treat them and those in the general public who are at-risk for future kidney problems. In order to expand the scope and range of services offered by NKF in Oregon, the Foundation has announced a $330,000 fundraising campaign to hire regional staff, establish a new state headquarters office in Portland and expand services and programming over the coming year.

NKF is currently seeking corporate, foundation and individual partners to support this campaign. Proposed programs, fundraising event opportunities and current partners and volunteer leadership are outlined below.

For more information on the campaign, how you or your organization can get involved or to make a donation, please contact our San Francisco office at infopacific@kidney.org or 415-543-3303.
